Online LTC Course & In-Person Range Qualification

Texas LTC Online Test & Range Qualification (Shooting Portion) — $99.

After your purchase is complete, you will receive an email with an access link to the Online LTC Test. (Cost of the test is included in the $99.)

Range Qualification Only

This is not a lesson or instruction. You will ONLY be shooting the qualification test required by the State of Texas for LTC qualification. Additional time shooting, before or after, will require a Range Fee to be paid.

We can schedule you for this shooting portion at almost any time during our open hours. Please call or email to set up your reservation time.

Cedar Ridge Range provides the B-27 target required for qualification.
You will need your handgun, a minimum of 50 rounds of quality ammunition appropriate for your firearm, eye and ear protection, and range-appropriate clothing.
Ammunition, eye, and ear protection are available for purchase in the range office.

Must schedule with LTC instructor within 30 days of purchase. Non-refundable. 10-minute grace period allowed for late arrivals.
Only one run through the range shooting qualification is allowed per day. If you fail your qualification, you will need to re-schedule for a later date.
